"Real-Time" campaign
Target Audience: NJ Transit customers, both regular commuters and occasional riders.
Strategy Objective:Let customers know that "real-time" information was available at their fingertips.
Situation Challenge: Many of our customers were unfamiliar with the variety of ways they could obtain real-time information about situations and challenges facing their travel plans on any given day or day-part. We set out to inform them about how they can stay informed.
Results Impact: People have reached out to us on social media in significant numbers offering us kudos on keeping them informed in these ways.
Why Submit: As communicators having to navigate the increasingly shrinking attention span of our target audiences, it is a continual challenge. We believe this entry meets that challenge effectively.
