Social Media-MyTARC - Full System Changeover (paper to fare card)
Target Audience: Our target audience was the entire Louisville regional community reached via Social Media Channels.
Strategy Objective:To create content that was attractive enough, and relevantly informative to create engagement throughout social media. To garner support from the community and provide a platform to answer questions regarding the new system.
Situation Challenge: The challenge for this entry was to create easily consumable, sharable, and most importantly informative content.
Results Impact: Our MyTARC Social Media efforts definitely provided greater public awareness. However, the engagement we have received has been beyond our expectations as compared to our traditional reach through these channels. Support from the community has carried over to our addition social media efforts, including those which are not directly related to the MyTARC campaign.
Why Submit: We are primarily submitting this entry due to the overwhelming and historic engagement we have received which has carried over to our other social media campaigns.
